Try a bigger tank as well!!! That space is WAY To Small for him (Also note that they like a current)
Raw Shrimp is always a Hit as well if your trying different types of food

try small feeders or live worms to get him started and then once he's eating good it should be easy to get to eat other prepared or frozen foods. he has a very interesting pattern. it will be very interesting to see how it looks when he's all grown up.

He's gonna be gorgeous. I love the ones with wicked patterns. Everyone else seems to want them with perfect zebra stripes. I'd love to find one off, melanistic, full black, or albino. I've seen albino flash zebras, but never in tigs. Looks amazing. Have you tried live blackworms? They seem to be all the rage with tig owners. Grow him out!

Mine (all 4) have always liked earthworms, krill, chopped shrimp, and mysis. They'll eat feeders, but I've always tried to stay away from them personally. I'd try keeping it alone until it eats well; sometimes after moving they put on a hunger strike for a while and will only eat at night, so having other fish in there might not allow the food to stay in the tank long enough.

His condition now is half of his mouth swollen & infection... I already added some salt... will observe to keep u guys updated... THX:)
Bump the heat a little and plenty of areation. Try market shrimp w/a garlic extract. I have used garlic extract for fresh and SW and it always inticed fish to feed.

I'm sorry to hear about your Tig. One thing I had to do with mine that I originally thought would be ok is to keep him in a separate tank from my bichirs. They don't play nice together and the Tig was always getting messed up....but nothing like yours' mouth injury. Mostly from them trying to stay under the same log or something. The bichirs would flip out and fling their body all over like crazy for a minute and it would scare away the catfish resulting in cuts and scrapes, and twice his barbel broke off but grew back. He's now much happier and healthier not sharing space with them. I feed him mostly market shrimp stuffed with 3mm NLS Thera +A sinking pellets. He also eats krill, scallops and mysis shrimp. Good luck. I hope he gets well soon.
