What do you guys think about putting a blue crayfish in a 120 gallon sump? Good or Bad?

It should be fine.

I find that crawfish make more of a mess than they clean up. They break down solids I guess, but there shouldn't be any solids in that part of the sump unless you have a weird setup.

Will they clean the crud?

They would tear the heck out of your filter material as they burrow through it.

That's what baffles are for?

They would probably still find a way to get into the filter or out of the sump all together. If its at all possible, they usually find a way.

Regardless, I don't think having them there offers any benefit.
