Columbian Pike

The LFS owner can order me a pike with the name Columbian Pike for $30. Has anyone ever heard this common name before? If so what do you think it is? I serched the internet i canot find anything.

Does anyone know of a good selection of pikes @ a LFS near Western Mass/Northern Conn?

never heard of a columbian pike. guessing that means it was collected in columbia but it can be a number of pikes. talk to ur lfs owner and see if he can get some more information. if you can make a trip to northern nj, shark aquarium in hillside probably has about 20 pikes in stock right now.

im gonna call the LFS owner on tuesday before he makes his order. i think i might just go with another gold spangled pike. since i already know what it is. i would love to make a trip to jersey, but thats too far.

Vendor on another board listed some columbian pikes also. When he showed pics it looked just like a Venezuelan.
