How big is the tank you wanna use? I would recommend dowels and glue, if you are unexperienced with them screws work just fine.
Theres plenty of stand plans on here, but if your curious about joints this works fine. I'm at work on linux so I am limited on what I can draw with.
This is assuming you are NOT using 4x4 posts, if you are using 4x4 posts there is a much better way to do this. Also if the tank is 125+Gals theres "better" ways to do this as well.
If its a smaller tank, weight is hardly an issue.

I would make a V with 2 pieces of 1x or 2x (depending on what you are using) to make the post. Drive screws in along arrow.
If you make the top of the "V" post flush with your spanning beams, the weight will be evenly distributed throughout.

the tank is small around 60 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm ... not big
and this is the first time for me to build a wooden stand ...

So it seems like its a 14Gal or so (Unless I converted wrong)
You can use SEVERAL things as a stand for a tank this small, and building on is pretty straightforward.

That link is a pretty good start.
(Note, it uses inches)
