Whats the Difference Between Wild & CB?

Anyone here has any pictures and or knowledge on how to tell the difference between a F0 P. Delhezi and a captive bred one?
I searched online and don't now what I'm looking for..
Is there a difference in color? Patterns? How about attitude? Size at maturity?
Sorry for all the noobie questions, I just don't know where to begin...
 
generally, from what i've seen, WC dels have better, more distinct markings that are stripes that go from tail to almost head. CB dels have less patterning, and generally don't have the distinct bands that go through the length of the body. i think you might be able to find pictures on aquabid (not sure).
 
Wild have solid marks while captive breed usually have patterns not as solid. I'll try to get a picture for you to see. On rare occassion you'll find captive breed with nice bold patterns. This is just a general rule when selecting bichirs.

One more question, does the patterns change as the Poly grow?
 
Sorry everyone, I didn't mean to post this thread twice.
I guess one of the mods can delete the other one as I find this one more helpful.
 
Wild caought Dels will have a better pattern and will grow much faster

No there pattern won't really change it will become more deffined but it won't get more black stripes or spots
