ok i finally got some pics of the discus/planted tank i have been workin on and maybe some of you on here have been patiently waiting for... sorry i took so long to upload pics...
inhabitants: 5 wild discus (cuipera), 5 corydoras, 1 whiptail cat, 1 male bushynose, 1 female bushynose, 2 generations of fancy guppies (~50 or so)

congrats, nice tank.
May I give you one suggestion: put some pool filter sand in the bottom to cover that colored gravel.
BTW, beautifull discus

thanks everyone... i was thinking about taking out some of the drift wood... or replanting some of the floating ones... once i figure that out, i will put some pool filter sand...

It's personal preference...but I do know Discus need a lot of open water to swim...so try not to let the plants take over their tank...even though the wild jungle look is awesome, the Discus may feel a bit cramped. Your tank looks great.

Love your wilds - I'm not willing to go through that much trouble to plant out a discus tank but I certainly like yours!
