Nice Tems! I've been wanting some, but they're a bit more pricier than the normal Mono, Ocell, and Orino (they luckily get mixed in) that I usually find.

'That's quite a commitment bruce! They're demanding guys that grow to 1 metre long and need a meaty diet. Is your trop pond going to get bigger or are you opening a public aquarium?!?!? '
What a load of bull LOL. Come over here youll never stop bowing LOL.
I bow to anyone who has the means to keep an adult temenis!

It's not bull really though is it Bruce. Your pond isn't big enough for adult tems, we all know that. Lose the big head and tell us what your plans are for when they outgrow your pond.
It's no wonder you like this forum so much, for some reason even when your wrong no-one disagree's with you. You don't have this arrogant attitude on oddball express. Good luck with your new tems anyway. They look nice.

That's fair enough. I just thought what the guy said on PFK was a fair comment. Those tems are gonna grow quick especially when you get them on pellets. I bet you can't wait till they catch up to your sp. yellow's (any update pics by the way). Maybe in a year you'll have them swimming around with your big mono. When the time come's you wanna have a look on ebay for fibre glass ponds. I saw a 12x4x3 on there a while back that was a good price.

Just been and checked on em this morning. They are so active all over the place they are. Great fish!
Ive only been feeding them once per day so far just in the mroning as they are outside they dont have a light. So when i get back in from college/work at between 5-6:30 its dark outside and they are resting so dont feed. But ive sorted a light out now. So im gonna get em pumped.

Would it be difficult to light up a four foot deep pond. I know there are 8x4x3 fibreglass ponds about for £700. I've been thinking of getting one myself.

Thank you sir!
Just an update they are mega active LOL. All looking really chunky.
Ive seen them scrapping a bit no damage yet. They take out their agression mainly on the aleste tetra's. They are eating like pigs too.
