silverdragon's C.R.E.A.M. update!!

Alright guys, heres my December CREAM update!!
As you can see theyve put on some nice size and have coloured up a lot more..
Tanks a 340gal, temp is at 30 degrees celcius/87 degrees farenheit, their diet consists of Hikari Food Sticks as a staple, with market shrimp and feeders as treat.
I should add too that when i feed them shrimp i only take the head and tail off, i find that keeping the body shell on the shrimp has improved the colour of my fish too..

Yeh i love the little Jag, shes my first Jag too and she gets along fine with the cichla.. hopefully iit stays that way.

Thanks bradda, the plants on the bottom are the same ones hanging on the back.. after a waterchange theyd normally be were the others are but once you feed them, its so intense in the tank they knock them off and they float to the bottom lol.. the bichir and plecs love it when there on the ground, they swim through it and everything lol..

It dosent take too long to get them that big! just feed and feed and water changes!! lol.. yeh i kinda went on a shopping spree for a good while to collect these guys!

Your bass will be monster in no time! Just keep up the water changes and the multiple feedings per day and before you know it he's massive lol..

I think hes just fat lol... had him for nearly 2 years now and hes just over 2ft, he was in a 3x2x2 before this tank and i got him at 7" or so..

3 feet seems to be working fine right now..
when i upgrade though im definately thinking 4ft would be a good width for a lot of cichla for life.. for example both R1's & Diselmacks cichla tanks i believe are 4ft wide too and their setups are pretty much what most of us aim for..
the 8x3.5x2.5 dosent sound too bad.. but if you can go the 4ft width and itll be alright in your hosue.. than go for that :D

Oh I see, well thats going to be one CICHLA TANK alright...ahaha some other cichla's would be one of the rare variety's like the Pinimas, Azuls, Intermedias...if yu can get yur hands off some members cichla...:) well what kind of cichla are yu willing to get yur hands on? Kelberi's?
