gph for over flow for Archers

hi i making a sump for my 150 g tank with Archers fish do you think 600 to 800 gph flow would good i dont want to over power them thx.

The HOB Filter on my 40g Breeder is 500gph and they don't seem to mind, I don't think that really helps you at all. I'm not really sure how Archers feel about strong currents. I'm sure they don't mind too much because they live in an area where rivers meet the ocean. The water has to always be moving a little especially since the tide is constantly coming in or out.

Still, I'm just guessing.

thx i'll go with 600 gph because my overflows seems to handle it better, they seem to like it o.k too
