Yes, as long as there is cave for the lobster to hide when its time to molt. There great for cleaning the bottom of the tanks

I have around 30 small (1-2 inch cichlids) in a 265 gallon tank with a 5 inch red lobster and a 3 inch blue lobster. Im not that concerned with the blue one but the red one is very aggresive, anyone know the liklyhood of him getting his claws on one of them? He is a great cleaner!!

I have a bunch of them. They get around 6-8" max from what I've read. They are a VERY tough crayfish/lobster. They don't use their big claws for much, but when they do its for fighting and muscling around others. As long as they have nice caves or places to hide they usually are pretty peaceful towards others. From what I've seen, they don't really seem to hunt fish and they like to really roam in the dark. I drop frozen peas in there at night (when the lights are off and they seem to love them.

When you say a cave, would you say that it would have to be a cave small enough for just the lobster to be in? I have a couple of caves but they are larger and my fish also swim thru them? Do you get these Asian Tiger Lobster and Aussie Blue Often? Thanks in advance!

Hey there all
Would anyone know if the lobster would be fine with an 5 inch arowana, 5inch datnoid, 4 inch clown loachs, 3 inch tinfoil barbsand a soon to be added bichir? The lobster is about 4 inches.
and is it worth it for 15 bucks? i know that LFS of mine is usually expensive, but I hope thats not totally off the charts. Please get back to me.. thanks in advance

Can't keep aussie crays with North american crays, the aussies will likely get the crayfish plague and die.
Just a heads up.
