This is one of my better pics that I have taken of bushey nose fry. The male won't let them out of the cave yet, what a good dad ! The fry are 3 days old and you can tell the regular colored fry from the albino fry.

They are egg layers there are probably 80-100 fry in the cave from 2 females.

both of my pairs only produce all black and all albino...
oh nice u got albin ofry :D i got nothing but brown from my albino pair :( nice cave too. congrats on the spawn :)

cool nice spawn ive never seen plecos spawn before, are they hard to sex and breed?

Sexing: Males have bristle nose, females have no bristle nose.
They breed super easy just throw a pair in a tank and they start breeding and you dont even have to remove the fry.
They are like convicts of the pleco world.

You should remove the females after they lay their eggs.

I don't know of any way to sex common plecos.
