New Pics of my "Bass"

I've been wanting to get some new pix and some firsts for my one and cleaning and rearranging the tank today provided the perfect opportunity.
The largest one, the Orino, killed an ocel a little while back and was showing aggression to the tem and all others before, but they all seem to be getting along well undivided now.

i was 90% sure it was but I wanted to verify. I had gotten that one and an ocel at the same time and about the same size and I lost one to a powerhead. I'm just glad it wasn't the one i spent $60 on and i like orinos a lot better anyway

normal and sometimes the runt has the best colorIDK if it's the runt. they came from different batches, at least at the LFS. but that's moot anyway. i can't wait til they get some size. it's time for larger rosies, now, though, which is a good sign :D

oh, yeah. Everyone looked great this morning...no torn fins or missing scales. I have no idea why the larger orino became nice, but I sure ain't complaining. I really hate having a divider in my tanks. It was doing the typical dominant peacock thing but no bad aggression.

yeah, i guess so, lol. just hope he doesn't come out of it. little orino had a couple tears on its dorsal this morning, but nothing nearly serious. It ate its first piece of krill this morning, too! :D

just a little update....

i moved onto small comets, but i still get some rosies for the smallest one as it can only eat the smallest comets. I hate feeding goldfish, but I can't get enough large rosies. I tried tilapia for the first time last night and they all ate it. The tem was the only one that seemed really interested in it, though.

I stuffed the s*** out of them last night and their bellies were still pretty full this morning, enough that I didn't feed them. The smallest orino gets in on the krill action now, too. I'm just trying to get them used to other foods so it's easier to ween off of live, but live is still by far the main staple. They don't stuff themselves with krill near like they do with live, either.

They still won't eat pellets, but at least they hit them and then spit them out instead of ignoring them completely. The tem and larger orino are pushing probably 4.5" right now and the smaller orino about 3.25" or so. Larger orino does a lot of chasing and light biting but still not fin or scale damage. I think I'm going to wait until they get about 6" or so and then a couple more of similar size.

i got them at Fish Palace. I don't think Fish Den has any right now. They ran out of the ocels, but I haven't been there for a week. so they may have gotten some new in.

oh, there's a 5" flagtail in there w/ them now. The bass try to eat the algae wafers but they're just a little too big. In no time, they'll be eating them :irked: I'm going to be moving one of my XP3 canisters from another tank over to this one tonight. So, I'll have two Penguin 350's and an XP3 on this 75...should be enough.

any updates?just the one a few posts up...i don't have any new pix. i'm going to take some of my 210 tomorrow, so I may try for some pix then.
