please tell me 1 of them is a male (festae)

Man... They both look the same to me.

from the bottom pic, it looks like 2 females. only because the first third of the dorsal fin is blue. females have blue or black on their dorsal. males just red.

All the pics look like two males until the last one where the one on the left looks female. Festae can be tricky sometimes. I thought mine was female for a long time because it had a really black foward dorsal fin but it started going away around 5-6".

When looking at your pics this is what I'm looking for...

To me, the first pic looks like a male on the left (obviously no blue/black spot)... the one on the right looks like it may have the spot, but the dorsal fin is not fully extended so it's har to tell...

The other pics are similarly suggestive, but hard to tell for sure.

It's far more reliable if we tell you what to look for and you look for it in your own fish. Pictures are never clear as a personal view of the fish. Plus telling you what to look for as opposed to telling you our conclusions is like that old attage, give a man a fish ya feed him for a day, teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime...

Here's a young 4" female for reference

Duanes' fish (pictured above) is definately a female and is a good reference... but do note that the blue/black area on the dorsal fin isn't always as large as in hhis pic. Sometimes up to half the dorsal fin is dark, sometimes it is only a round spot the size of a dime...

Also, immature fish may have not developed this distinguishing mark yet, although Fishbee's (OP's) fish look like they should be mature enough to sex.

Sorry boss, they both look females to me. The dorsal fins have dark blue green on em.. Give em a few weeks to get comfy and see some better colors.
Males are just all red on their dorsal fins.
The pictures are hard to tell.
