DE is a genetic problem. theres nothing you can do to cause or cure it.

i thought its possible by making a big pond for it and let it in there for 2 weeks i think or 1 month

Try cover all the sides of the tank, leaving a small area near the top for it to look out of. I had a Jardini with drop eye on one side in a similar set up and in a months time the eye started looking normal. However the Jardini managed to jump out.

I thought/I think = I'm not sure! :grinno: (no offense!)
There are only two ways to solve DE:
1) Surgery, but I don't think anyone in the States has the experience to do it.
2) Sell that aro and buy another one that doesn't have DE :D
