These pics are from my friend, Teru.
I asked him to fish big Leo and to take some shot before he goes to Brazil.

looks over 80cm at least. He fished around Altamira

As for this photograph, the lava of the feature of the Xingu is described
well. In the riverbed, most is a rock!!!

No the Leopoldi and Henlei grow quite large. the P14 stay smaller of the black rays

My friend really loves all of SA nature. Of course, he did release with very safety.

He was telling me he has seen a more huge one swiming in the travel of Brazil of 2007. He told me it was over 1.0m(40") at least. So at this time, I asked him to take some pics of huge wild Leo and show us.
I think the second photograph is really significant.
He also collected the baby Leo in the shore. Most riverbeds were the rocks. There was no sand there.
I am interested though I do not know how they capture bait there.
The shrimp doesn't live there.

I asked him again to take nature photos at SaoFelix when next he goes this year.

Sorry, thought it was dead.

Hard to believe that he could capture and hold such a beast without getting tagged...
