good website project amazonas, http://www.projectamazonas.com/subpages/floraandfauna/FloraFaunaGalleries/fish-catfish%20gallery.htm i dont think it has an identification as yet, other than its another peckoltia sp. its not Peckoltia Brevis (L140 i think), as they do not have the spot on the tail fin but looks like this:
