i wouldnt recomend it but im pretty sure i read a post were somebody here is actually keeping the 2 together i keep my yellow belly with a zebra danio

My girlfrind turtle use to take 2 weeks to eat 10 plattys that we put to feed it.

Yeah i would if i was you you got a 10gal tank and a 5 gal tank neither one is any where near big enough to house a turtle.
