A live king crab? how much did it cost?
What does he keep that thing in?

As far as feeding, idk, seafood store gave us a free Maryland blue crab and we put it in a 30 gallon and feed it silversides... i'm not sure why he gave it to us...

Shortly after it died i found out they are near impossible to keep in captivity...

Can you describe it? I'm almost certain that it's not a true "king crab" (like that you'd see in a seafood aisle).

Wait a second... i thought i was in the Marine forum.
Ya true kings aren't freshwater.

Oh i see what you have, one of those little guys right?

Try feeding it algae pellets or frozen foods like silversides.

Sorry but i can't find any real info on the crab :( seen a picture thats about it.

At that size probably frozen carnivore foods.

A range of meat and vegetable-based foods, with good calcium content.
