Im kind of interested in Geos right now ... here are my 2 Geos in my 180. . .

Them are some nice looking Geos. Looks like they fit in perfectly with the Arowana.

Thanks. I hope it doesnt end in its tankmates stomach. I have large rays and aros in there too...

I like geo's too, I was pondering getting some but now I might do it. I love that pic with the aro!

Thanks guys! they have great personality and make for a good cleanup crew too ! ( Bits of shrimps that the aros and rays spit out) .. did they mention that they are purdy? :cool:
I believe they max out at around 8" Not really monsters but cool nonetheless...

Ever heard of an Apistogramma kleeii? Very cool for a tiny guy!

Apistos are cool but its better to get small tanks of their own. Same with killies.. they exhibit better colors and personality that way .

Those Geos are really awesome looking!! Do they grow fast? Right now I'm stuck with only a 39 gallon tank, :( that houses my mom's stupid red tailed shark, a clown loach, and a few plants. I've been taking a break from fishkeeping, but looking at everyones tanks has given me the bug again!! Any info on these geos would be much appreciated. Are they aggressive?

Theyre pretty mild mannered as far as cichlids go.. They grow fast if enough space
is provided for them. I got this guy at around 4-5 inches and its now 7 after 3 months. They eat anything that you throw at them but i give them shrimp and blackworms...
