I see alot of old users on old threads that say banned why are they banned what did they do or better yet what shouldn't I do cause to be kicked off of MFK would Be like the 13th level of hell

Most for asking why others were banned. And it's actually more like the 7th level of Hell.

We do not suspend or ban until the offender makes a serious violation or incurs enough infractions to earn him a vacation.

Vacation? I have never seen anyone except those who are among the elite few get there status back. All of the people I have seen get banned were never invited back. There just permenatly banned. To bad for them! Just curious though how some user get banned for a day and others are shunned? Is it because they weren't welcome here in the first place? Just curious not trying to start anything.

MFK seems to be fair- the punishment is proportional to the offense.

Druu is pretty right on in the short version but to explain further.
Everyone gets the same treatment. Everyone who gets a temporary ban and serves it without trouble can come back on their free will. You can earn more vacation time by not knowing when to cool it though. Like if you're banned for a week and you re-register under a new username. Then your vacation increases to the next alotment of time.
But it doesn't shoot to permanent right way, when a member doesn't serve thier original ban time it simply shoots to the next level of ban time and we give each and every member more than enough chances before we go the permanent route. To get banned permanently you have to do something pretty bad. And we have the same process for banning all members and unless it's an extreme case which are very few we give everyone warnings/infractions before banning.
We want members who contribute, and want to be members of MFK. But we have to ask that everyone follows TOS. And some however can't seem to. Everyone is welcome at MFK. Our diversity speaks for that. I can assure you there are no elite when it comes to the rules.

Understood. I am a good guy with respect for other so I completely understand. Was just curious about those banned individules who have never come back. Oh well they should have kept it to themselves. Thank's guy's for clearing up that question for me.

Remind me to do an IP addy check on you....
FYI - This is the number one reason why people get perm. BAN because they re-reg. instead of taking their needed vacation. Be a man and take some responsibility, its not like you get BANNED over night. We do try to work with you and explain how things work around here. This is the reason for the infraction system, to keep track of people and see if they do learn from their mistakes.

I agree with Jer. People then cry injustice over their prolonged vacation when it was their actions that caused it.
