Sounds like wishful thinking, there's really no way for it to get a kok at that size. Wait till he's 2" and see if it's still there. I'm not saying he won't have a kok, but whatever it is you're seeing on the fish is the shape of the head, not a nuchal hump at half an inch long.

Thanks for sharing that lil cute thing brother anyway your fish still small and still hard to tell from the vid that you share with us here to see the hump but looks like you're right brother.

My suggest is try to reduce your water flow coz it's to powerful for your lil flowerhorn and will bring a bad impact for your fish development specially on the body part. Just my 2 cent and hopefully you can pay attention about it since for the good of your lil buddy development. Thanks and GBU
