I have been working on putting this tank together. Right now I have about 20 fish in there. They are a assorted type of Labs, Acei, Red Empress, and Peacocks. They are all getting along right now. Let me know what you think.

How large is the tank? Some of the fish on your list get large

Yea, totally missed that part, my bad. Thats the trouble with hitting next thread and changing water over carpet. LOL

Now on the red emp, I had to remove him from my 4ft 120 for aggression troubles. So keep an eye out on the larger haps.

hi there
your tank got potential but if you want to make it more "malawi cichlid" like, get rid of those fake plants and change your rock piles - spread them for more natural look.

oh, and you could change gravel for sand - malawis love it!! if you want plants in you tank you can use vallis, cryptocoryne or anubis - good hard plants...
