LOL!

I picked up a group of these EXOCHROMIS ANAGENYS from a buddy of mine. I got 3M/6F and im in love with these guys. The males are 7-9 inches while the females are all about 6 inches. I thought they were going to take over my tank but they just go with the flow with the only aggression being between the males. My 6 inch Ruby Red peacock is still king of the tank. Heres a few pics:

Those are nice. Not a species that ive come across before.

Look a bit like Rhamsoschromis. :)

Its mouth has a unique beak-like shape, being laterally compressed. This adaptation affords a strong grip on its prey, which is caught in a sideways stroke of the head. It hunts mbuna from a tilted angle of the body, probably to prevent detection.

And you had them in the classifieds. Right after you put them up and then took them off the market, I found about a 6" male. I lucked into mine and he is like you said a "go with the flow" fish

I am moving a quad this weekend so ill end up with 2M/3F. They are awesome but 8 of them in my 125G was just too much. Congrats on scoring a male.

Im not a fan of feeding live food, not much nutritional value and you risk introducing disease.
