nice job man, did the other lmb die? or what happened to it?
MultispeciesTamer
02-23-2009, 5:44 PM
hmm I started with 25 put all but three in the pond. One died and i kept the two. Then I "snatched" one from Bestpacukeeper cuz he had it in his 45gal hex with his 15 in pacu. So i got two in the 120gal and one in the school tank aprox 40gal.

I bought mine but its different by state because of the laws if i were to catch and keep one it would have to be legal size like 14 inchs or whatever it is now.

So MultispeciesTamer (http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/member.php?u=45805), if you don't mind me asking where did you buy your fish. You have an incredible collection. I really want to do my next tank all native species with LMB, crappie, bluegill and channel cat. It's a long way out cuz I will need a pond of a tank (300 gallons+) to throw those bad boys in, but I could really use the help with where to find them. No luck so far in Washington or online.

I got my bass from a Arkansas fish farm the comes to town to sell fish. The channel cats are from a fish farm and my personal one i got from a LFS. The crappie and bluegill are all local caught fish. But i was going to order a bunch of fish from this place but never got the space for the fish so heres a link send them an email and see if thell ship to wear you live http://jonesfish.com/categories/2/1/-img-src-images-buttons-fish-stocking-jpg-border-0-.htm. Best of luck finding natives. Theres also a few other places that sell natives online heres more links
