View Full Version : Bad morning
I wake up this morning and go to check my little Kelberis from Rapps and i cant find one. I start moving stuff around and i still cant find him. My wife comes in and finds him on the bar behind the pump. He jumped out a 1" by 3" slot next to the filter. :swear: He was to far gone to save:cry:. Ive lost fish to disease before but this is the first ive ever lost that could have been prevented. The rest of my tanks are completly covered i didnt think it would be a problem. Pretty expensive lesson. My concern now is there is only two left and i know they do better with three. Not shure what i could replace the one with that would have the same temperment and growth rate.

Sorry for your loss Bradda!! I think two will do just fine for now. Have you gotten ahold of SNOOK21? He always get pbass in. Check with him he is close to you..
Thanks for the kind words guys! The only reason im concerned about there only being two is because i have two orinos that have gown up together from 2" to now about 10". One is always the whipping boy and at times is pretty tore up. Although i know orinos are agressive, mine are particularly mean little bastards.:irked: I know kelberis are less agressive so i hope everything works out ok.

IMO kelberi are fine with each other in a pair.
they show very little aggression to anything.
