I have been using NLS for a couple months now and all my fish have blues radiating from them. However they are lacking in reds and yellows. I can really tell that the ingredients in NLS enhance blues as fish that usually arent blue like a yellow lab have small tiny blue spots throughout the body.

What food if any will enhance the other colors of the fish so I can feed them a well rounded diet

i use NLS and have no blue effect...wish i did tho lmao, but i also do a mix of shrimp, bloodworms, beafheart, earth worms, Hikari Cichlid gold, and also crickets, my fish are all very vibrant in there colors. but also i think water quality matters

I personally use frozen blood worms and brine shrimp for that... NLS, I beleive, should do the trick for all colors though...
and of course, water quality as said above!! african cichlids produce alot of ammonia so water changes and good filtration are very important for good coloration....

u all feed ur africans beefeart and bloodworms?

Not the beefheart!! I do give mine bloodworms though it helps prime up the females for breeding and gives the males good color...

Beta Carotene = Spurulina, also you can throw a few cheap plants like onion grass or
brazillian swords. I do use blood worms as well but the freeze dried varieties to avoid HITH.

But genetics and patience are also key sometimes it takes a year or more for fish to mature into adulthood also lack of a female presence could slow down the mating coloration.

Blue spangling on a yellow lab all over their body ? That doesn't sound like food more like cross breeding.
