cute little guys
nice Scobinancistrus (aureatus?) providing they are L014, they should get more yellow in there fins (see below) but maybe its just the camera. Max out 12-14", and found they are more preferable to meaty foods, and likes bogwood to gnaw on. When i put in prawn as a treat, they only ever ate the skin, and left the flesh. apparently this is a good sign. prefer a slightly higher temperature than a lot of plecos, 28 degreesish, though i kept mine at 26 and they did just fine. I think these are a nice change to GN's.
Awesome plecs. I didn't like plecs when I started, now they are among my favorites.

Nice. Those are some good looking plecos. Did they eat all that or did another fish help.

Are those scobinancistrus pariolispos??? they look to be. which grow to be around 24 cm. Or the scobinancistrus Aureatus. Hard to tell being so small, but the aureatus usually shows its colors by the time they are that size, but the pariolispos is a less vibrantly colored version.
the one is slightly more faded than the other, maybe because new and are adjusting to tank/undernourished previously. I wouldn't know which is more common to find, prob. the aureatus? how much you pay for them?

It is hard to tell whether they are faded cause of their new environment or because they are juvies or just the pariolispos.
now theyve settled, have they changed colour at all dude?
