build your own pond or hot tub?

cant help but look at some of the ponds and think that would be a cool hot tub, have you guys ever built your own hot tub?

During the summer I get my kids in the pond to get out the pine cones and sticks that fall in in the winter, they love it almost as much as a pool but with live fish nibbling at their toes.
