can this be a congicus because its light in color but the patterns on it are a bit darker than congicus, what kind is it

nah it's an endli the stripes are a dead give away.

thats what i was thinking just an endlicheri but not endlicheri congicus, the color on these are nice though just dark but like a orange pinkish color
