In the past week I have picked up a few fish that were not labeled or miss labeled. wondering if anyone can help out. Sorry that some of the pics didnt turn out that well, I really tried.
pic 1 & 2
same fish, I think it is of a Copadichromis "Kawanga borleyi" would like a 2nd opinion

pic 3 & 4
im not sure of. It looks like a juvi "Taiwan reef" but its colors that are coming in are all wrong. I know it could possibly be a hybrid but I hope not. Anyone have a thought.

pic 5
Sorry for the bad pic the only one i could get of him. this guy was label as a Red empress. At the LFS he was a light blue color with a little yellow on his lower half. Hes has stayed dark in my tank, so good pic. Im thinking a Protomelas "tanzania", but really dont have a clue.

anyone willing to help, Thank you ahead a time.

Thanks for yor help, and yes your right about pic 1 & 2. Its not a copadichromis borleyi. What I think it is copadichromis sp. "Kawanga"(Makonde) its non-scientific name is "Kawanga borleyi". Check out this profile its were i got my info, it a great site to.

The Copadichromis I think is a "kawanga" because it has yellow trim on the anal fin.
About the "Taiwan reef", they grow the white stripe on there head first, before they start getting there other colors. This guy has no signs of getting one. His blue seems darker and his anal fin is a yellowish orange not red. That's what got me scratching my head. I would say "Taiwan reef" also but his colors are all wrong.

Although it does look like Copadichromis sp. "Kawanga" (Makonde) but I think it is more likely a Copadichromis Mloto since they are more common in the hobby and I have seen them with yellow anal fins like this one below. I could be wrong though.

Let me start by saying that, I know you guys have tons more experience than me. I'm not Q. you guys because I don't believe or think your wrong but because I want to learn any little thing I can and i can ask you guys Q. beyond what I can ask at a LFS.
That looks pretty close, but the white crest is bigger. If it is a C. trewavasae Mloto fireline, it would be a different fish than you pointed out to me before which was the Ivory head. All the pics that I have seen of the Mloto fireline, all have a big white crest some with it being half the body. Were my guy has more of a thin racing stripe only on the top of his head. That would be the difference I see there.

It will probably be easier to tell as he gets bigger... how big is he now?

that could be a possibility. He's 2.5" I'd say.
