this is the going rate, the stuff is quality, I have had 4 sets personally, all sold used on Ebay over the years for close to that price. just add bottle, may cost $100 more to get one.

Is the brand of decent quality? Most Co2 setups you see on-line are a lot more expensive.

I don't think it has the digital device with it, but someone in Chicago is selling the milwaukee gear on Craigslist for something super cheap like $55 bucks.

Makes me mad that I spent over $200 on my regulator setup (which I still haven't installed).

Didn't know you were planning on doing planted tanks in your basement too. Cool.

Anyway, if you can find it on CL and want it, I can bring it down to you in a few weeks.

PRO: cost is user friendly, and good construction
CON: No instructions in english were included. It did not have an adjustment knob to reduce or increase the pressure coming out of the reg.

Decent for a beginning intro to co2 for a small planted tank. Pretty decent design, very similar to a DIY design.
PRO: Cheap cost relatively speaking, and ease of use. Good diffusion ladder.
CON: expensive for the design. Not able to do an aquarium larger than 30 gallons effectively.

I wouldn't recommend this bubble counter for the price I paid.
PRO: Inline design enables it to be placed anywhere on the line, without attaching to the reg/solenoid setup directly.
CON: Cheap construction, and weak seal.

Great! Only other option I have is a local guy who wants to sell me his full setup for $400. I figured I could find something better. Now, if only to find a light. LOL
