occasional fighting of both fish will occur due to their territorial instinct. as long none of them will be seriously injured, you may still let them stay and share the tank else you may consider separating them.

I'd have a divider handy just in case it doesn't and they start damaging each other.

aro fighting with other fishes is always usual.
as long as they have place to hide. should be ok.

RTG is the most aggressive of the asian aro species!

that being said, their not near as bad as a jardini..
I think its normal for aro to fight with tiger, If you see one of them getting beat up a lot more then the other, you may want to add hiding space for tiger, or even seperate them.

I also think rtg's get less agressive with age.

Told you man. It'll start off with some casual nipping when fish get in it's way, then soon enough you'll wake up to find a fish completely bludgeoned, with half it's scales and flesh missing.

what might help is to keep the RTG full all the time.
maybe pick fight because hungry.
just a suggestion.

my aro either eats them or loves them. There's no in between, if some other fish is aggressive chomp chomp bye bye. Yet the goofball has a pet guppy for 3 mos now. ????

In my experience, once fighting starts, cooler heads never prevail. Someone always dies.
