What are the restrictions on asian arowanas? Is it by state or is it a gov. thing? Please explain i cornfused (hahaha)!

no the us follows the lacey act in accordance with the C.I.T.E.S. laws its illegal to own or distiribute endangered species without proper paper work which in asian aros case is almost impossible to get the permits for them
