Hopefully they'll do well. Never seen one that is fully grown one.
It would be nice to see a fully grown two-headed dragon with one body and swimming normally.

Speaking of which, what happens to Asian arowana culls?. Are some ever sold for discounted prices if they are healthy with a minor defect ?.
I know you can get betta culls who in some cases are simply poorly colored or suffer from missing ventral fins.
