that would suck. If that happened the value of some cichla would ski rocket!

I believe it was on and off.. But heard a couple months back that it was on again. Still Like stated above.. And what you must realize is that down there... Many more laws go un enforced.

Its actually kinda sad that the government there would attempt to impose such a law when the people who are the ones who collect these fish are probably locals who do this to support themselves.Then we have the overfishing of the lakes and rivers in order to feed the population which is decimating the fish there.Theyworry aboutfish being shipped out for the pet trade yet they do nothing about the constant tree cutting for the clearing of the forests.
