mono or ocell

wen i bought him i was told he was a mono but now hes starting to spangle up and im thinkin hes an ocell instead or maybe even a hybrid?
tell me wat u think

yeah mono. on a true ocell, their eyes would be blood red by now and the bars are very faint. like this guy here:
