Just wanted to get some feed back on my 125 gallon stocking decision. I'm doing Crushed coral, lots of rock and fake plants. I'm planning to do a group of 9 C. Moori, a couple Phenochilus Tanzania, and a few Otopharynx Lithobates. What do you guys think of this stocking choice? I'd also like to put in a Aulonocara species but not sure which.

the mix could work, but long term 2 of 3 fish get very large, around 9-10" and the lithobates isn't far behinde. Just seems like alot imo, but def. could work.

Sounds good, if you get them as juvies I doubt youd outgrow your 125 in less than 5 years.

Yeah I'm getting them all as juvs. The only reason I'm getting so many Moori is because my LFS told me they would do better in the long run with a large group to spread out the aggression.

you could start with 9 Mooris and once you know whos M/F you can thin out the males and end up with 1M/3F or some sort of ratio like that.
