Easily, even a tub pond (30g) works great, a small lily or cattail pond is also great. Any pond that has plenty of cover will work for guppies and they can provide food for other fish. They are good for mosquito control.

Some years ago I had guppy in an outdoor pond at the summer. It worked very well, and they ate live bloodworms in the pond.

That is a valid question for Cleveland, they will need to overwinter indoors, they don't do very well if the temp gets below around 68F

Yeah I took mine inside at the winter. But they did very well at the summer.

Here's my pond... Next weekend I intend to put all my guppy fry and guppies in it. It's warmed up so it'll stay warm even in the icelandic winter.
