Hi All,

I just joined and I must say that this site is amazing. Very informative. Well I guess I should tell you what I have. I was in a petshop and stumbled across a large Black Aro that looked like it had been neglected by the previous owner. It measures an 22 inches. It's fins have grown back and is looking so much better. I am also picking up a small Tiger Shovelnose Cat today to soon become the Aro's tank mate. Thanks,
Mike

Yeah post some pics. How much did you pay for the aro???

The petstore owner was asking 200.00 Canadian for it and I talked him down to 130.00 because of it's rough condition. I think I got a good deal.

Yeah since it's doing well, it was a good deal. Black aros are far less likely to get drop eye, DE is seen most in Silvers.
