Arowana feelers on tip of mouth

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if the 2 little feeler things on the tip of an Arowanas mouth grow back if they are lost? Thanks,

They will grow back, it just takes a long time. Add melafix to help speed the process.

Walmart sells it! haha walmart makes me laugh. The one near me has there fish at a 90 day garauntee, with no requirement for water test or body. So if you want to get alot of fish, that is the way to do it! to bad they will probably all die, but then again you get free replacements.

They "MAY" grow back. If they grow back there is a big chance they will grow back warped, bent, or otherwise abnormal.

This has happened to me in the past.

depending on how bad the injury is, sometimes it does not recover. surgery is required.
