Toy Koi

Hi All,

I'd like you to give me your comments on a wooden Koi Pull Along Toy I designed. It's eco-friendly in production and being sold at various stores (see link). But I may think on designing others, and would like to get your expert comments on this one, so I can tailor it better the next go around. By the way it wiggles as if it's swimming when it's being pulled.

Wow, that's neat. I'm not much for the logo on the tail, I think it'd be better suited on the bottom of the toy or something, but that's a minor complaint of no relevance. I really like the idea, I know my little sister would flip over that, especially the wiggle as you pull it thing (she used to have a crayfish/lobster that's claws snapped when you pulled it... loved it!)

Thanks for your comments. If we get enough of a response we may be able to do different kinds of fish. My next would be a Silver Arowana. I already designed that one, which I posted here a while ago.

I think it looks great. As a parent I like the price aswell. What about different colors?

Well, I would love to do different colors, but it all depends on how this first item does.

Make some other fishes, like a GATF pull toy or a Wels Catfish pull toy!

make a key chain version, it doesnt have to wiggle or roll but i would like to still have the bending joints. i would buy my favorite fish keychain.

make a usb thumb drive that does roll like that. little character thumb drive are pretty hot right now

why don't you make a thread on MFK and sell some here? Maybe offer a discount or autograph it for some? Word of mouth from MFK people might make this big!

That would be a great idea. I'm not a sales guy, just a designer, so I don't really know much about getting that stuff started. Any suggestions on how to make it work would be appreciated. I would be great if this took off because I could try to introduce other fish like this Arowana I designed and posted here a while ago...
