Is that even possible? I saw my pike (~10") was chasing my clown loaches last night. This morning, one of my loaches is missing and pike's stomach is full. :(

That would be a dead pike!

Awesome...... I can't wait for my xingu 1 to start clearing out my african cichlid tank

Suck about the loaches :( they are cool fish

A 6" clown loach would be a huge fish for a 10" Cobra to eat... Are you absolutely sure he ate him?

Definately possible - altho a 6" clown loach is pretty big for a 10" Cobra to eat. Remove the other loaches or you'll be missin more....
We had 2 nice 5" bala sharks in with an 8"-9" pair of Cr. venezuela pikes. Couldn't find 1 of the sharks one morning - next day the other had dissapeared and the male pike's belly was huge!!!! Gotta watch them PIKES ~~~~~~~~~

I dunno, a 6" clown loach is a pretty deep fish. It would take a pike with a larger mouth like vittata or strigata to pull that off. My cobras are almost 8" now, don't see them being able to eat something that big. My male strigata was 10" easily...he had a LARGE mouth, but he would still be pushin his luck to swallow a 6" clown loach. Is there another culprit in there? Just to be on the safe side, if possible, i would indeed remove it...haha.
