View Full Version : Best place to buy cichlid food in big quantities?

Hi, i am trying to find out where is the best place to but cichlid food in big quantities (pounds) for cheap.medium size pellets, sinking or floating would be OK. I have a JD of 4 inches and a oscar of 6 inches to feed and want to stop wasting money at my LFS. Thanks guys, great site. Which food would you recommend from there. I am looking for 3 mm sized sinking or floating pellets that promote coloration.

Just to be different, check out Xtreme, I think that FishFarm sells it. I have been having great luck with it in my fishroom.

jehmco and kensfish like they already said. I like the variety ken has. If you do a order with him make sure to try the soft and moist with krill that stuff is delicious

I've used Xtreme & several of Kens Formulas... my fish seem to consistently respond better to Xtreme...

I've had great results with NLS pellets. They come in a variety of sizes, sinking and floating and they make a great pellet for young Cichlids called GROW. Great stuff, I buy mine from Jehmco in small buckets at a great price.
