which one is better 4 dispay Male or Female FH?

male would be better for display but not in a 3' tank
 
What are the dimensions of the tank? If it is a 3' x 18" footprint it might work. It's not ideal but it could work.
 
A 3x2x2 would probably work
 
I'm not saying to keep fish in small tanks but I have the 14" pink midas hybrid in a 60gallon which is only a 3' tank and the tank is adequate for him. If that's the only tank you have I'd say go for it you will not regret getting a flowerhorn. If you feel bad keeping a flowerhorn in there why not try a nice female? It probably won't get as big or have nearly as much girth as a male anyways.
 
You can always go with a bonsai FH the males have just as much color but does not get as big as the regulars FH strains.
