ANYONE INTERESTED

Hello all, I have been tossing around an idea for some time. Now the time is to toss it out for discussion.

My restaurant being located in a university campus totally becomes a ghost town during the months of july and august, so I will be closing next year for those 2 months.

Here is the idea I have been tossing around.

Find a location where a meet can be held, perhaps someone has a nice large acreage or rural property. I come down and set up a smoking food festival and we have a family camp out weekend.

I am sure my family would love the holiday and I would love the chance to stuff yall full of some good food.

I just wanted to see if anyone would be interested or if it is just a pipe dream.

If no interest stateside, I would be more than willing to host it here in saskatchewan. I have access to farm land which is very close to Regina.

Ok a aquaria central member has come forth with a location 20 miles from downtown chicago and the potential date of July 30-31/Aug 1 2010 is put forth.

Ok potential date is Aug 27-29, 2010. My birthday is the 30th so good date as well
