Cost of keeping the room at 76 deg vs just just the tank.

If someone has a 300g tank in a 400 ft2 room with decent insulation, I wonder which one would cost less:

  1. Just keep the room at 76deg
  2. Keeping the room at 68 deg than heat the tank to 76deg?
  3. Keep room at 76deg 10 hours + 60 deg for 14 hours
Any idea?
 
I dont know the costs... but i keep my house at 65-68 year round.... and my tanks run about 76-78 with just the heat from the pumps/lights..so i dont actually know which is cheaper but iam gonna be comfy in my own home no matter the cost
