A few months ago I bought a 4 inch silver arowana that i paid $40 for and I'm going to be trading it in due to the fact that i cant set my big tank up. I'm bringing it back to the shop i bought it from. What do you think i should get for trade value?

50% retail value. I would give you 15-20 for an aprox. 7"er.

Down here that's about a $100 fish, and yes, half is going to be the MAX you'll get.

if you paid $40, you will be lucky to get over that amount. i'd take $40 in store credit and be happy

too many silvers here, the lfs here would probably give you 20% off your next purchase, no store credit at all.

What do you think they would give me for one that floats around the tank? Tell them it's a new breed of Floating Arowana. J/K
