I'm not entirely sure about this species but for the Loricaridae family as a whole in an aquarium setting I'd expect and average of 10 -15 years or longer. The oldest I've heard of is 25 years.
The zebra pleco have a long lifespan, at least 10 years. I heard of a 15-year old breeding colony still producing. Consider that these plecos take 3 years or more to reach adulthood, and you'll realize they live long lives.
