at what size do convict cichlids become sexually mature and are able to reproduce?

My female first bred at about 1.5", maybe closer to 1". She's tiny. As for males, mine is sitting close to 2" but I'm betting that they'll breed smaller than that.

cool thnanks, i just got a pair yesterday and i was just curious when they'll start breeding so i can use their young for feeders.
