Do you remove your male when you the female spawn? I try to understand why my fry died after 4-5 days?

The young hatch around 3-5 day's The parents will feed them i have found them to be good parents first time they can eat the young but when they get the hang off it they are fine they will kick the
out of other tank mates to look after the young

The only thing that I can see is some food left over with fungus under a rock. I don't why it was there?! My adults look to be very good parents... hope I will save them next time?!
